아파서 회사에 나오지 못할 때
- I will be unable to attend work today because of personal illness. I will be using one of my sick days to cover this absence from work.
- I woke up early this morning with a migraine headache and have taken medicine for it but it will not go away. I will try to come in later if I start feeling better.

- I have been battling a headache since I got up this morning and it is getting worse even though I took medication and it is making me nauseated. Therefore, I am going home to rest.
- I am still not feeling well. I am going to handle urgent things and then go home.

- I have a doctor appointment today and will need to leave the office by 3pm.
- My doctor's office called and asked if I can come in earlier due to a cancellation and hope to close early. Therefore, I will be leaving at 2:30pm instead of 3:00pm.
- I am going to see the doctor today about my headaches as they are not getting better. Will need to leave the office at 2:30.
