The staff told me that she will re-raise this issue at their product team meeting to attempt to escalate again, but due to the workload already scheduled for January, she thinks that this will be a long shot that it makes it to January.
염려와 불만을 이해합니다. 안그래도 금일 아침 해당건과 관련하여 프러덕팀과 통화를 했습니다. 프러덕 미팅 때 해당 사항을 다시 상기시키고 우선 순위를 높일 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다고 합니다만 이미 1월달로 스케줄된 업무량이 너무 많아서 1월달 안에 문제를 해결하기란 아무래도 힘들 것 같다고 합니다.
