은행 Pending item 에 ATS CONSOLIDATECOTTSDALE

I checked with the bank and they provided the following information to me:

Merchant: ATS CONSOLIDATESCOTTSDALE
City/State/Country: -/ AZ /-
Description: TOLLS AND BRIDGE FEES
Amount: 30.00

I told them I do not know anything about this transaction because I never been to AZ and also I never passed any bridges or Tolls without paying.

They told me
- It takes 5 days for the pending transaction to post to the account as it depends on the merchant, when he claims the transaction
- As pending charges are subject to change. We are unable to file a dispute for a pending transaction. It is possible a pending transaction will not post to the account if the merchant does not submit the documentation for payment.
- If the transaction does post to the account you would then be able to dispute the transaction.
- You can dispute for the transaction within 60 days from the statement closing date for the transaction.
- We may mail or deliver written acknowledgement to you within 30 days of receiving a billing error notice.
- It may take up to 2 complete billing cycles to research a request, not to exceed 90 days.
- If the merchant will not present the transaction to us for the payment then it will drop it 5 days from the account.
